We all know that Muhammad Ali was just as good with words as he was with his fists. Most people can spit out his famous "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" but this is a quote from Ali that I think most people have not heard before:
"The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up." - Muhammad Ali
I love this line from The G.O.A.T. because it isn't like his usual quips, directing psychological warfare at his next opponent. He is speaking to all of us and the lessons run deep.
My takeaways:

My takeaways:
- DREAMS - The concept of dreams is a powerful one, I touched on the subject in an earlier post that you can read here. You need to define what your dream is and use it as your compass. It will guide you towards what areas you need to improve and will help drive you forward when when you face obstacles and challenging times (and there will be plenty of those if your dream is as BIG as it should be!)
- BEING PRESENT - Wake Up!! The present is where it's at! Which leads us to the 3rd important concept....
- ACTION - Nothing gets done while you're dreaming. Not only is Muhammad Ali telling you that you can make your dreams come true, but he's telling you to go do it! That requires action. The best way to figure out what that action is, is to ask yourself "What is the one thing I can do today, right now, to get one step closer to my dream?" AND THEN GO DO IT! Start RIGHT NOW!
